Lay a piece of baking tray in a rectangle shaped tin and pour in the mixture pressing it with your hands to spread it evenly in the tin. Put it in the freezer for and hour to set. Remove from the tin and cut into bars. Wrap them in some cling film or baking paper and store in the fridge.
