Vegan Yogurt

  
This yogurt alternative is awesome for when you need something different for breakfast. It is creamy and smooth and tastes delicious. It is great with seasonal fruit and granola!

Ingredients:

1 cup of cassius nuts soaked in water overnight

1/2 cup of almonds soaked in water overnight with skin removed

1 cup of fresh medjool dates or dry ones soak in water overnight

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 cups of water

  
Procedure:

Add all ingredients in a high speed food processor or a blender and blend for about 5 minutes or until smooth and creamy. Serve with fresh fruit and granola (see recipe here)I like to add some cacao nibs on top too!
