Vegan Raw Whipped Cream

This easy to make cream works well with many desserts. It would accompany nicely the Banana Apple Crumble or the Avocado Chocolate Tart.

Ingredients:
1 cup of cashews, soaked for at least 3 hours
1/2 cup of water
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla beans
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Pinch of sea salt
1 tablespoon of melted cacao butter

Procedure:
In your high speed blender mix the cashews with the water until they become really creamy, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Your whipped cream is ready!
