As a professional psychologist and trained psychotherapist, and a mother of two boys and after being in the path of self discovery and actualization for many years, I decided to start this blog so that I can share my experiences with others.
Recently I switched to plant based alkaline diet and I have been impressed by the improvement in my health and wellbeing. So I have been trying, tasting and creating different recipes that I’ll be sharing with you.
I love cooking and this transition in my diet would not be possible with boring tasteless food.
Thus I have researched many related blogs and I will present to you the best recipes that are currently on the web, tried and tested, plus some more I have developed which are as delicious!
As I go along I will add some thoughts, techniques and practices from my field of practice as a psychotherapist that will help you love yourself and achieve a better quality of life.
